The butt of the montr-carlo trap buttstock is left uncut and must be cut to the desied length and pitch by the customer or qualified gunsmith.

The metal forend sleeve pictured below must be removed from the old forend or a new one purchased and installed into the new forend, failure to install the metal sleeve could result in the splitting of the forend when the gun is fired.
